Start With Morgan County Court Records Online

Types of Morgan County Court Records
Morgan County court records are produced by Circuit Court, Superior Courts 1 through 3, the Magistrate, and, for some city traffic matters, Martinsville City Court. Public Access to Morgan County Court Records
Morgan County court records are governed by both the Indiana Access to Public Records Act and the Indiana court access rules. Indiana Code 5-14-3 gives the public a general right to inspect and copy public records unless another law, rule, or court order restricts access. The Indiana judiciary also publishes Rules on Access to Court Records, which control how court records are made public, sealed, redacted, or withheld.
