Why We Built This Site
Indiana gives the public access to many court records through Indiana MyCase, the Indiana Rules on Access to Court Records, and the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, IC 5-14-3. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. Morgan Circuit Court and Morgan Superior Courts handle local trial-court cases; the County Clerk / Clerk of the Circuit Court keeps court and marriage records at the Judicial Campus in Martinsville; Martinsville City Court handles city traffic matters; and sheriff, jail, state prison, and appellate records sit in separate systems. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee notes, and request steps for these offices into one place.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
